Sobre a Oportunidade

• Apoiar a equipe no acompanhamento de chamados de manutenção preventiva e corretiva.
• Auxiliar no controle de planilhas, relatórios e sistemas de acompanhamento das demandas de operações.
• Dar suporte no monitoramento do estoque de materiais e insumos necessários para o bom funcionamento do espaço.
• Apoiar na organização de documentos, contratos e registros administrativos relacionados a fornecedores e prestadores de serviço.
• Ajudar a verificar as condições gerais do ambiente (salas, áreas comuns, equipamentos) e reportar eventuais necessidades à equipe responsável.

Sobre Você

• Ter até 24 anos incompletos.
• Ensino Médio completo ou cursando.
• Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em São Paulo, Paulista.
