What You'll Do
- Act as the main on-site contact person for all daily facility operations.
- Monitor building condition and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety) and flag issues promptly.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and respond to all work orders in a timely manner; maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Track supply inventory and procure materials as needed for routine upkeep.
- Act as the day-to-day liaison with the building’s landlord and property management team.
- Communicate building issues, service requests, and access needs clearly and professionally.
- Follow up on open items, ensure timely resolution, and advance to leadership when needed.
- Act as the main point of contact for subtenants renting parts of our space.
- Handle subtenant service requests, maintenance issues, and day-to-day concerns in a professional and responsive manner.
- Source, schedule, and coordinate qualified vendors and subcontractors for maintenance and repair needs.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance (PM) schedules in line with manufacturer recommendations and applicable codes.
- This position is full-time with a hybrid work structure, operating on-site 3 days per week in Downtown Seattle.
What We're Looking For
- More than 3 years of proven experience in a facility coordinator, property coordinator, or office operations position.
- Experience collaborating with landlords, property managers, or building management teams.
- Comfortable being a great partner both up (landlord, leadership) and down (vendors, subcontractors, subtenants).
- Strong organizational skills; able to lead multiple open items and priorities simultaneously.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Experience coordinating vendors and reviewing invoices or quotes.
- Proficiency with work order or facility management systems (e.g., Cove, Yardi, Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar) and standard office software.
- Experience supporting subtenants or leading a multi-occupant commercial space.
- Familiarity with commercial office building operations and building system basics (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Facilities Management Professional (FMP) or similar certification recommended.

$49,000 - $91,000 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
