Position Summary

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to play a vital role in maintaining the operational excellence, safety, and overall presentation of our facility.
In this hands-on role, you will be on the frontlines of our daily operations, ensuring our courts, domes, and guest areas are immaculately maintained, safe, and ready for peak action. From supporting event setups and managing access to delivering top-tier customer service and administrative support, you will be an integral part of our energetic sports culture. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility safety, monitoring dome pressure and maintaining all first aid and fire safety equipment to ensure total regulatory compliance.
- Keep all campus areas immaculate, organized, and secure, upholding strict cleanliness and safety standards across courts, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Execute court, seating, and event setups with precision, ensuring all spaces and scoreboard systems are restored to facility standards.
- Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service to guests and staff, efficiently handling inquiries, registrations, waivers, and POS payment processing.
- Manage inventory, vending, and merchandise operations with accuracy, maintaining proper stock rotation, secure key control, and lost-and-found tracking.
- Respond swiftly and calmly to medical, fire, or facility emergencies following established protocols, immediately reporting incidents or hazards to management.
- Support administrative operations by completing shift checklists, tracking asset maintenance, and proactively identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
- Work closely alongside the Manager, Event Operations to elevate overall facility standards and seamlessly adapt to dynamic campus and tournament schedules.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, event operations, customer service, or athletics administrative support.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- High school diploma or college education in progress/completed preferred.
- Proficiency with modern POS platforms (such as Square) and basic computer administrative tools.
- Clear communication skills with a positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire is an asset.
Work Schedule & Expectations
- Primary availability required for evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts aligned with event schedules.
- Flexibility to support high-traffic tournament weekends, training camps, and campus showcases.
