Who you are:
- Mainly responsible for factory monthly report, cost update, analysis and factory daily operation of Kunshan Factory.
About the job:
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
- Perform regular analysis of business performance and report variances.
- Contribution to monthly and year end closings. Prepare and drive the costing update processes.
- Work with Finance share service to ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance and internal control within area of responsibility in Factory SET Kunshan.
- Business partner for the factory to help Facotry manager running the factory operations.
- Mature attitude work with different co-works in the matrix organization.
- Continuous improvement of business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI).
What you know:
- Bachelor of Economical, Business or equivalent experience
- Financial knowledge in Operation
- Above 5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company
- Prodcuts,manufacture and process knowledge
- Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
- Project work experience
