Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Department, interns have a unique opportunity to work alongside a team that creates a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome, can express their authentic selves, and shares a strong sense of belonging regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or ability.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and Employee Network Group (ENG) initiatives that foster inclusive and engaging employee experience.
  • Assist with maintaining and auditing DEI and ENG resources, including company intranet pages, SharePoint sites, and communication channels.
  • Research, propose, and support employee engagement campaigns, including volunteer hour tracking and recognition programs for Employee Network Groups.
  • Help develop and execute internal communications, content calendars, and awareness campaigns for cultural observances, and DEI initiatives
  • Complete administrative tasks
  • Collect data from the Employee Network Group events
  • Attend ENG planning meetings to assist with coordinating programming
  • Assist with sourcing, vetting, and curating specific content for diverse subjects requested by various AEG Departments
  • The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for sports and live entertainment
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office – EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint specifically
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Pay rate: $19.00-$21.00

Location: Los Angeles (On-site)

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits: Part-time: This position is not eligible for benefits.
