Family Medicine Physician Location: Al Ain, UAE Salary: AED 25,000 – AED 30,000 per month License: Valid DOH License Required Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Family Medicine Physician in Al Ain. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical assessment, treatment, and ongoing clinical management for patients. Requirements Valid DOH license is mandatory. Relevant qualification/specialization in Family Medicine. Relevant clinical experience in Family Medicine. Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for patients. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of Family Medicine. Develop individualized treatment and care plans based on each patient's medical and rehabilitation needs. Provide appropriate follow-up care. Monitor patients' clinical condition, treatment response, and overall progress. Manage medications and provide appropriate prescriptions within the physician's scope of practice. Identify changes in patients' conditions and arrange referrals or escalation of care when required. Coordinate with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and ongoing health management. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
