🔍 Role Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct preventative healthcare and wellness assessments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care
Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary management where required
✅ Candidate Requirements
Eligible for independent medical licensure in Ontario
Certification in Family Medicine / General Practice
Strong communication and patient-centred care skills
