Support Fashion Control Tower Operations Manager
What will your functions be?
Main Duties：
- Perform daily tasks related to both Sea and Air Freight Export.
- Ensure prompt document delivery and maintain strong cooperation between brokers, providers, and vendors.
- Maintain effective and up-to-date communication with colleagues within the Group, both locally and internationally.
- Manage vendors, follow up on their performance, and control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Possess advanced Excel skills for daily operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Outlook and other relevant operational systems on a daily basis.
- Constantly enhance personal operational skills and deepen understanding of TIBA’s business operations.
- Uphold high standards of data quality.
- Deliver excellent client satisfaction and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Assist with establish and manage Hong Kong OP Team.
- Other tasks assigned by the company or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Associate and above degree.
- 6-10 years of related working experience in the industry.
- Must with on-hand knowledge of customer service, operations and also documentation working experience.
- Good English speaking, reading, writing skills. Spanish level will be a plus.
- Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.
- CargoWise, experience handling overseas and VIP accounts/customers.
- Excel skills, good communication abilities, able to work as a team, proactive, tidy and methodical.
- Willing to work under pressure, take challenge and grow with TIBA.
