Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, delivering technical assistance and consulting services, preparing job quotations, conducting customer training, and serving as the primary liaison between customers and the company’s sales team to ensure timely and effective service. This position will be supporting Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
