Participates in Phase 1 of the LEAD Program. Learns to run the product line’s tool(s) and/or services under supervision of more experienced field engineers/specialists and progresses to doing so independently

As a Field Specialist I -WLE, you will also be responsible for:

 Participates in Phase 1 of the LEAD Program. Learns to run the product line’s tool(s) and/or services under supervision of more experienced field engineers/specialists and progresses to doing so independently. Follows all company safety and security procedures and observes all company and government regulations. Conducts all required responsibilities safely and as described in the company’s documentation. Conducts all assigned business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes policies. Performs other related duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will:

• General knowledge of basic engineering principles and good mechanical aptitude.
• Able to become proficient in running basic jobs/services for the respective product line. Able to work and communicate well with others.
• Qualifications University Degree in Engineering.
