About this role
Nau mai, haere mai ki a Fulton Hogan | Join us at Fulton Hogan
We’re looking for a Field Testing Supervisor to join our Auckland team. The impact is real. Your work will help make sure the roads and assets we build are safe, durable and built to last, creating better outcomes for our crews, our customers and the communities that rely on them every day.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
If you know asphalt, aggregates and pavement performance, this is your kind of role. You’ll be the technical link between the lab and the job, making sure materials are tested properly, standards are met, and project teams get the insights they need to keep work moving. It’s hands-on, high-trust work with real impact across Auckland, backed by a team that keeps things flat, friendly and serious when it counts.

Lead the daily operation of field testing activities to support safe, on-time and high-quality delivery.
Oversee testing and reporting of materials in line with Fulton Hogan lab and IANZ requirements.

Ko wai mātou | About us
At Fulton Hogan, Good Work is more than what we deliver. It’s how we show up, how we treat each other, and how we keep moving forward. In Auckland, we help build, maintain and improve the infrastructure communities rely on every day, and our lab and field testing team play a big part in that. They help make sure the materials, methods and outcomes stack up, so the work is safe, fit for purpose and built to last.
We’re flat, friendly and low ego. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. That means you’ll be backed to bring your technical know-how, share ideas, and help lift standards without the stiff corporate vibe.
