Job Description:
- Zippee is seeking talented Finance Executives to manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
- Ensure accurate financial records while handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Support financial reporting, including preparation of ledgers and statements.
- This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
- This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally, including recording transactions, maintaining books of accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities, including timely filing of returns, reconciliation of tax data, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, and reports by organizing financial data and assisting in analysis for decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely payment processing, resolve discrepancies, and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in monthly closing activities, including account reconciliations, verification of entries, and ensuring all financial records are complete and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) is required.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Good working knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail with sound analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills along with proficiency in MS Excel.
- Prior internship or experience with a CA firm will be considered an added advantage.
