Role summary:
Wellness Category FP&A + Finance BP for innovation
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead monthly Wellness DRM financial forecast and drive for topline achievement, partnering with commercial teams to translate business plans into financial forecasts
2. Lead financial planning cycles (3Y Long Rang Plan, Annual Business Plan, Operating Plan, Monthly CMF) for Wellness Category
3. Conduct performance reviews and variance analysis, identifying drivers and corrective actions
4. Monitor closing and P&L performance management - 2 brands, 6 main channels business with high
dynamic and complexity
5. Build up product P&L and perform analysis to support investment decision and drive cross brand/channel synergy
6. Business partner for Wellness innovation team to support the new product launch. New product P&L simulation and gate management
Business Expertise:
Requires deep FP&A expertise, multi-brand and multi-channel P&L understanding, and strong commercial acumen to support innovation and growth.
Problem Solving:
Solves complex planning and performance issues across brands and channels with high business volatility.
Nature & Area of Impact:
Influences category-level financial decisions and innovation investment outcomes impacting the Wellness.
Interactions / Interpersonal Skills:
Partners with category LT, including GM, marketing, and commercial teams; and closely work with GC central FP&A team, requires strong analytical and strong communication skills
