📢 We’re Hiring | Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall liquidity.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance, costs, margins, and variances and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure proper inventory valuation, costing, and stock accounting, particularly across distribution and F&B operations.
- Monitor and control operating expenses and identify opportunities for improved cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, accuracy, and high performance.
- Work closely with other departments including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.
- Experience in FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or F&B is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations.
- Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to management.
