Job Description
- We're expanding our HR team with a Financial Analyst to make Zippee: drive end-to-end financial planning, provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
- This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Prepare and track monthly MIS.
- Monitor profitability of every dark store and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare budgets for all departments and track actual expenses against budgets.
- Analyze variances and recommend cost optimization measures.
- Build dashboards and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of Finance experience, preferably in high-growth startup or quick commerce/ecommerce logistics companies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into business insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.
- High ownership mindset with the drive to take initiatives from concept to execution.
