Purpose of the position
Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in delivering accurate financial insights, robust internal controls, and value-adding projects that drive Pernod Ricard Türkiye’s business performance.
Main responsibilities and tasks
Support financial planning and analysis activities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and reconciliation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Group standards while bringing a grounded, detail-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate closely with Financial Analysts to monitor and improve the quality of On Trade Channel performance, including tracking sponsorship agreements and related financial impacts with authenticity and rigor.
- Calculate sponsorship discounts and rebates, follow up on related invoices, and proactively share insights with stakeholders across teams, fostering connected, cross-functional collaboration.
Contribute to internal control and audit processes
- Help monitor and update the monthly internal control checklist, ensuring that key controls are properly documented, executed, and followed up in a disciplined and transparent way.
- Support internal audit activities in line with Group policies, engaging openly with different functions and demonstrating a real commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
Participate in strategic financial and transformation projects
- Actively contribute to projects such as ERP implementation by supporting data preparation, testing, and documentation with a curious and challenge-ready attitude.
- Analyze and map inter-departmental business processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve ways of working while staying connected to operational realities.
Support day-to-day FP&A operations
- Provide daily support to the FP&A team on reporting, ad hoc analysis, and presentations, ensuring timely and reliable information for decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions to answer financial queries and share insights in a clear, respectful, and solutions-oriented way that reflects our convivial culture.
Develop and share financial insights with stakeholders
- Prepare clear, well-structured presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, confidently communicating key messages and recommendations.
- Engage in regular talent and development conversations, actively seeking feedback and using learning opportunities to grow your financial expertise and broaden your business understanding.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience: Previous internship or trainee experience in a corporate environment is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated graduates.
