What You’ll Do:
- Plan & Design: Leverage your expertise to design and plan cabinetry, flooring, tile, and interior finishes for single-family and multi-family projects.
- Analyze & Takeoff: Perform detailed blueprint analysis, complete accurate material takeoffs, and compile precise project estimates.
- Visualize & Execute: Translate 2D plans into clear 3D spatial concepts, catching design and structural details before construction begins.
- Own & Deliver: Manage your time effectively, adapt to shifting project needs, and drive projects across the finish line with excellence.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- Construction & Material Expertise: Solid foundational knowledge of single/multi-family construction, specifically in interior finishes (tile, flooring, cabinetry).
- Spatial Visualization: Sharp ability to interpret 2D drawings and conceptualize 3D structures effortlessly.
- Precision & Problem Solving: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to resolving plan discrepancies.
