What you'll be doing

As part of the Customer Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers via live chat, email and phone
• Resolving account, payment and general customer enquiries
• Investigating and troubleshooting customer issues
• Providing clear and professional support in both Finnish and English
• Working closely with internal departments when needed
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
• Helping ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

Requirements
