Health Link Home Health & Hospice
$28.00–$40.00/hour | Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Make an Impact Behind the Scenes

Health Link Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Fleet & Asset Manager to take ownership of the vehicles, technology, and patient-care equipment that keep our teams moving and our operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, highly visible operational role for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and great at solving problems. You’ll work across our regional offices, coordinate with vendors and service providers, maintain compliance, and ensure our teams have the equipment and resources they need to serve patients.

A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee Health Link’s vehicle fleet, company technology, and patient-care equipment, ensuring all assets are safe, functional, compliant, properly maintained, and accurately tracked.
  • Manage vehicle registrations, insurance, mileage, fuel cards, toll devices, keys, maintenance, inspections, repairs, recalls, detailing, and related expenses.
  • Monitor driver eligibility and maintain current license, insurance, accident, and vehicle records; address compliance concerns and coordinate incident resolution with management and Human Resources.
  • Coordinate fleet and asset-related services with dealerships, repair facilities, insurance providers, roadside assistance companies, technology vendors, and other service providers.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of company-issued phones, tablets, laptops, hotspots, chargers, printers, scanners, clinical equipment, supplies, and other company assets.
  • Track asset assignments, serial numbers, locations, condition, warranties, repairs, maintenance, and return status; coordinate setup, replacement, transfer, deactivation, recovery, and disposal as needed.
  • Coordinate the distribution, servicing, cleaning, replacement, return, and recovery of patient-care equipment and ensure required quality-control standards are met.
  • Conduct routine audits and quality checks to identify missing, damaged, expired, recalled, unsafe, or noncompliant assets and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide management with regular reporting on fleet status, asset accountability, maintenance, compliance, expenses, vendor performance, and unresolved issues.
  • Monitor vendor costs, turnaround times, and service quality while identifying opportunities to improve asset control, efficiency, and operational support.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait for problems to solve themselves.

You should be:

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive issues.
  • A strong communicator with excellent follow-through.
  • Resourceful and confident working independently.
  • Comfortable coordinating vendors, repairs, maintenance, and service providers.
  • Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, inventory systems, and fleet-management software.
  • Comfortable traveling between offices, employee locations, and vendor facilities.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company and employee information.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and motor vehicle record review.
  • Ability to lift, carry, load, and move equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • Fleet management
  • Asset or inventory management
  • Logistics or transportation
