As a Well Tester (Field Laborer), you will be responsible for supporting well-testing operations by assisting with the setup, operation, and maintenance of well-testing equipment. This role requires physical labor and working in various weather conditions. You will work closely with experienced technicians to ensure smooth and efficient well-testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and dismantling well-testing equipment such as separators, tanks, and gauges.
  • Monitor well-testing operations and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and assembling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Assist in data collection and record-keeping for well-testing activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Respond to operational issues or emergencies as directed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manual labor, oilfield operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
