About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences. From providing outstanding table service to preparing quality beverages and cocktails, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable visit.

You'll work across our bar and dining areas, supporting the wider team to deliver smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional food and beverage service
- Provide outstanding table service and create memorable guest experiences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails
- Use your food and beverage knowledge to make recommendations to guests
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar and dining area
- Process customer orders and payments accurately
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure smooth service
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible service practices
- Support the wider venue team during busy service periods

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous Front of House hospitality experience
- Has bar and cocktail knowledge
- Is passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
- Has a friendly, positive, and energetic attitude
- Works well under pressure in a busy hospitality environment
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is reliable, professional, and well-presented
- Is flexible and available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and during the busy summer period
