Foreman – General Workshop

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day workshop operations. - Supervise mechanics, welders, electricians, and technicians. - Allocate jobs and ensure timely maintenance work. - Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure safety compliance. - Manage inventory, tools, and spare parts. Requirements: - 5+ years of supervisory experience in workshops. - Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle and equipment repair. - Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
