Forklift Operator

We are seeking Forklift Operators who will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and material handling equipment to support loading, unloading, transportation, storage, and movement of materials within industrial or warehouse operations while following safety and housekeeping standards. Key Responsibilities Safely transport materials, tools, equipment, consumables, scrap, and waste. Operate forklifts, anode pallet transport vehicles, power sweepers, and club cars. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report defects or abnormalities. Sort, handle, and transport bath moulds based on condition and reuse requirements. Support bath tapping activities and transport samples as per procedures. Collect, segregate, and transport waste and scrap materials safely. Follow Qatalum 5S standards and waste management procedures. Support manual handling, loading, unloading, and coordination tasks when required. Maintain safe housekeeping and comply with all HSE requirements. Requirements High school certificate or technical trade certificate preferred. Valid forklift operator license/certification. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a forklift operator in industrial or manufacturing environments. Experience in aluminium smelting, oil & gas, steel, or heavy industry is preferred. Knowledge of safe material handling, loading, unloading, and storage practices. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Basic understanding of 5S, housekeeping, waste segregation, and HSE procedures. Physically fit and able to work in hot and demanding plant conditions.
