Join discovery calls to surface customer insights and translate them into sharper positioning.
Support investor updates, reporting, and strategic initiatives as an extension of the founding team.
Lead high-priority special projects end-to-end, such as market research, partnerships, or internal initiatives.
Contribute to marketing content and event preparation including newsletters, social posts, and messaging.
Continuously iterate on team processes and operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
3+ years of experience in enterprise outbound sales or demand generation, with a strong track record building top-of-funnel pipeline in the DACH region.
Demonstrated ability to own cross-functional projects end-to-end in a startup or similarly unstructured environment.
Experience preparing investor updates and supporting founder-level business reporting.
Skilled at creating and delivering sales enablement materials and refining messaging from market feedback.
Proficient with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of energy markets, or a clear and proven ability to rapidly get up to speed on complex technical domains.
Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC or similar) is a plus.
Background in energy sector partnerships or procurement is advantageous.
Fluent in German; comfortable working in a DACH-focused commercial environment.
