This is a high-ownership internship embedded in the operations team of an early-stage AI startup building purpose-built agents for the freight and logistics industry. You'll work directly alongside the founding team, driving real initiatives — not shadowing them — across operations, recruiting, and go-to-market. It's a rare opportunity to see how a company is built from the inside, with genuine responsibility from day one.
Build and manage internal systems, including the company website and operational tooling.
Lead recruiting efforts and support the onboarding of new team members.
Support go-to-market initiatives and help bring AI products to customers.
Identify and secure grant and non-dilutive funding opportunities.
Tackle a wide range of challenges fluidly, moving between big-picture strategy and detailed execution as priorities shift.
Hands-on experience in generalist or operations roles within early-stage startups or high-agency environments where you had real ownership.
A technical background or strong intuition for AI and software systems.
Experience building or managing internal systems, websites, or operational tooling.
Familiarity with recruiting processes, candidate sourcing, or talent acquisition workflows.
Experience identifying, researching, or securing funding opportunities such as grants or non-dilutive financing.
Exposure to go-to-market initiatives, customer acquisition, or sales enablement.
Full fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
A bias toward action, high integrity, strong work ethic, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Genuine curiosity about startups and AI — and ideally, an aspiration to build something of your own one day.
€2,400/month. Local work authorisation is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
On-site in Berlin, Germany. Internship beginning Q4 2026.
