This is a founding enterprise sales role at an early-stage, AI-native B2B SaaS company building a pricing optimization platform for modern software businesses. You'll work directly alongside the founders to establish and scale the enterprise sales motion — owning the full cycle from first outreach to close, while shaping the playbooks and commercial strategy that will define how the company grows.
Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end — from self-sourced prospecting through discovery, negotiation, and close.
Run consultative discovery with senior stakeholders including CFOs, CROs, CPOs, and heads of monetization.
Carry and accurately forecast an ambitious revenue quota while maintaining healthy pipeline coverage week to week.
Design, document, and iterate the enterprise playbook covering outreach, qualification, deal structure, commercial terms, and close mechanics.
Partner directly with founders on GTM strategy, ICP definition, and positioning, feeding market intelligence back into product and sales.
Build CRM discipline and a consistent operating rhythm for pipeline hygiene, prioritization, and clean forecasting.
Leverage AI agents and sales-automation workflows to handle repeatable buyer-journey tasks, reserving human judgment for high-stakes deal moments.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and translate live deal feedback into actionable input for product and engineering.
5–8+ years of enterprise B2B tech sales experience with a consistent track record of closing high-ACV deals end-to-end.
Proven ability to self-source pipeline and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
Strong experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and building consensus up to the C-suite.
Proficiency with CRM and sales-engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) and experience building automations for repeatable sales tasks.
Comfort selling in an AI-native environment and directing AI-driven workflows within the sales process.
Strategic, analytical approach to market assessment paired with creative, tactical execution.
Professional fluency in English.
Experience with pricing, monetization, or CPQ/billing solutions is a plus.
Base salary range: $200,000–$250,000 USD annually (plus variable/commission). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
