On average, our new users talk to our AI voice agent for 27 minutes, giving us a uniquely intimate context that enables our matchmaking.
We are a team of engineers who’ve created some of the most widely used AI-driven consumer products including Uber Eats, Uber and Afterpay.
We love to work hard, with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. We work together in-person in Cow Hollow, San Francisco.
We are looking for the top 0.1% operations talent to work alongside our founders in San Francisco as we sprint from our $10M seed round toward launching across the US.
1-4 years of experience in early-stage startups, consulting, investment banking, or a similar high-performance environment
A systems-minded operator who embraces ambiguity
Strong communicator (written and verbal)

This could be:
0-1 on a GTM strategy to scale Known to 100,000 users
Scaling a UGC programs to thousands of creators and tens of thousands of users
Growing a community for a beloved consumer brand; creating matchmaking events, brand partnerships and event series' across Known's launch cities
