Job Summary: Our Client, a leading manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a fresh graduate for the role of Production/Shift Engineer to support and oversee day-to-day production operations. The role involves assisting in monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations, and maintaining consistent product quality. Responsibilities; Supporting production planning activities, coordinating basic preventive maintenance tasks, preparing documentation and reports, and supervising workforce activities under guidance. Maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards across the plant while learning and growing within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering (or equivalent), suitable for fresh graduates. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret data and participate in process improvement activities. Good communication and teamwork skills.
