Job Description
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and families with a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, and other front office administrative procedures.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, facilities, doctors' schedules, and administrative procedures.
- Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries, correspondence, and patient-related documentation efficiently.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth patient services and maintain a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Good administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic administrative systems.
- Able to work professionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment, both independently and as part of a team.
