Frontend Lead

Role Overview:
Talent 360 is hiring a Frontend Team Lead who will be responsible for managing frontend development activities and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of frontend projects within timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and support the frontend team, promoting best practices and continuous development.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies to ensure reliability.
• Work closely with backend teams, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in frontend development, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend best practices.
• Experience with Git and build tools such as Webpack and Babel.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

• Working Hours: Flexible (9–11 AM start, 5–7 PM end)
