Job Description
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with offer management, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, career fairs, and recruitment projects.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and customer-oriented mindset.
