Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:
Fuel Pricing Consultant
Type of employment: Temporary position for 1.5 years
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit for the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain fuel product master data and product cost-related set-ups in the company’s ERP system across the European market.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of product cost data in the ERP system.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve daily pricing errors in the company’s interfaces.
- Support users in the fuel pricing product master data area.
- Serve as the key contact for product cost set-up in the ERP system.
- Contribute to different projects and perform process testing.
- Suggest process improvements to support standardization and automation.
- Communicate daily with various departments across the organization and with external parties.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with business processes and their relation to IT systems, data flows, and IT integration.
- Experience with the Microsoft business suite and other relevant industry software.
- Knowledge of accounting systems and/or experience with trading systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex issues.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate with colleagues across Europe.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with standard MS Office tools.
- Improvement-driven and an engaged team player.
