Role: Full Cast Sales Analyst
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Bay Area, CA (preferred) or Remote US

Key Responsibilities
    • Implement and support end-to-end sales territory planning on Fullcast, including territory design, carving, and balancing.
    • Configure and maintain account segmentation models aligned to client ICP, coverage, and go-to-market strategy.
    • Design and deliver quota planning solutions — quota setting, allocation, and roll-up across the sales hierarchy.
    • Translate client sales planning requirements into scalable Fullcast configurations and best-practice designs.
    • Partner with Sales Operations and RevOps stakeholders to gather requirements, run workshops, and validate designs.
    • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for deployed Fullcast solutions.
    • Advise clients on sales planning process improvements and platform adoption.

Required Qualifications
    • Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting Fullcast for sales planning.
    • Demonstrated delivery experience across territory planning and carving, account segmentation, and quota planning.
    • Strong functional knowledge of the sales planning domain — territory design, coverage models, segmentation logic, and quota/allocation methodology.
    • Experience working directly with Sales Operations, RevOps, or GTM teams in a consulting or implementation capacity.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client workshops and translate business needs into platform solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
    • Exposure to adjacent GTM planning tools (Anaplan, Varicent, Salesforce) or CRM/data integrations feeding planning models.
    • Experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
Understanding of GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage, quota attainment, and territory equity
