Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 1–4 years of experience in building modern web applications using JavaScript technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams to deliver business requirements.
- Continuously learn emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
- Knowledge of ORM frameworks
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with React Native or mobile application development.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude Code.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–4 years of professional experience in Full Stack JavaScript development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), object-oriented programming, and web application architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across multiple technology stacks.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
