Full Time Nanny – Los Gatos, CA 

A welcoming family in Los Gatos, CA 95033 is seeking an attentive, reliable full-time nanny to care for their newborn baby. (born April 2026).

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35 hours/week)
• Start Date: 10/5/26

Family Specifications:

• Active household with a newborn baby boy and two older school-aged children.
• Older children typically attend afterschool programs, but may occasionally need to stay home and join in care.
• Looking for a dependable caregiver who can balance primary infant care with light household support

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, hands-on infant care (feeding, diapering, nap routines, and age-appropriate development/engagement).
• Perform lightweight household duties, including folding laundry and general tidying up.
• Provide occasional care for the two older children when they are home from afterschool programs.

Requirements:

• Proven infant care experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be comfortable with older children being present occasionally.

 

 

Preferred:

• Experience managing multi-child dynamics or dual-age care (infants and older children)

Compensation:

• $32-$35 per hour
