Role Summary
The Senior Applications Analyst is responsible for applying past experience and industry standards in the planning, organizing, and execution of Business Needs Assessments (commonly referred to as Business Requirements) for the development and enhancement of enterprise application capabilities that are cost effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This role supports and optimizes Oracle Cloud ERP applications, including Financials and Procurement solutions.
The Senior Applications Analyst may engage in the solutioning of complex functional and technical challenges and recommend, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud ERP system capabilities to support complex business processes and project objectives. This includes partnering with business and IT stakeholders to translate financial, accounting, and operational requirements into effective system designs and configurations.
The Senior Applications Analyst plays a sustained role throughout the full Development Lifecycle, including gathering and documenting business requirements, creating use case scenarios, modelling end to end business and financial processes, and supporting solution design, testing, and deployment. The role also contributes to planning and governance activities to ensure that delivered solutions—particularly within Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP Financials and Procurement—meet business, compliance, and reporting requirements while enabling efficient, accurate, and scalable financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
    • Lead functional design and delivery for Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Procurement and Subledger Accounting.
    • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Drive complex business process design across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, including configuration of Legal Entities, BU/OU structures, COA, Primary & Reporting Ledgers, and SLA rules aligned with transformation initiatives.
    • Configure Oracle Fusion Financeapplications to align with business processes and financial reporting requirements.
    • Drive CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities across Financials modules
    • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.
    • Brings additional hands-on experience across Oracle Supply Chain modules—OM, Purchasing, Inventory, and Costing—supporting integrated financial flows.
    • Provide technical expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), Data Load and Integrations
    • Work closely with stakeholders to optimize financial processes and ensure governance, compliance, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and support engagements.
    • Strong hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and one or more EPM modules.
    • Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Finance implementation projects.
    • Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, close, consolidation, and reporting.
    • Experience in data migration, integrations, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
    • Knowledge of OTBI/BIP Reports, Data Integration, REST APIs, FBDI,
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
    • Experience working closely with Finance business users, FP&A teams, Controllers, and IT organizations.
    • Ability to lead workshops, solution design discussions, testing cycles, and production deployments.
