Our client in the utilities sector is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on sustainability and smart infrastructure. As part of this initiative, they are building advanced solutions such as digital twins and IoT-driven applications to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. The Functional Analyst will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable digital solutions. Requirements · Translate business requirements into functional specifications · Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders · Define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria · Support development of data-driven applications and digital solutions · Participate in agile project delivery · Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment · Contribute to reporting and data interpretation Required Skills & Expertise Must Have · Proven experience as Functional Analyst (3+ years) · Experience with IoT ecosystems and data flows · Experience working with digital platforms or digital twins · Strong stakeholder management skills · Experience with Jira and Confluence · Experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria · Dutch fluency (C2 level) Should Have / Nice to Have · Experience in Agile environments · Knowledge of data modelling and data mapping · Experience in large enterprise environments · Background in utilities, infrastructure, or energy sector Soft Skills · Strong analytical and structured thinking · Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills · Proactive and solution-oriented mindset · Ability to work independently and collaboratively
