About this role

We’re looking for someone sharp, curious, and technically confident to help keep our gaming operations running smoothly and, over time, make them better.

This role is central to our operations, bridging content setup, provider coordination, and systems strategy. Your initial focus will be maintaining the integrity and smooth flow of our game pipeline, ensuring every launch is precise and seamless. But this is more than an execution role. We’re looking for someone with the curiosity to see beyond the process: to identify friction, anticipate challenges, and proactively refine how we work. You’ll be a vital part of building smarter, more resilient operations as we scale.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins with the heartbeat of our operations: the game release pipeline. You’ll navigate provider portals, verify technical parameters, and update our internal systems to ensure every launch is flawless. You’ll also keep a pulse on operational health checking logs, investigating anomalies, and collaborating with the team to clear any hurdles that arise.

Once the essential pieces are moving, the afternoon is yours to own. This is where you shift from execution to invention. Whether you’re architecting a cleaner way to track provider schedules, drafting documentation that finally solves a recurring friction point, or tweaking an automation script to save the team hours of manual input, your focus is on building smarter. You aren't just running the system you’re constantly finding ways to improve it, turning repetitive tasks into optimized workflows as we scale.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong written and spoken English. You will need to communicate clearly with internal teams, providers, and technical colleagues.
  • Good common sense and basic troubleshooting ability. When something breaks, you can investigate before escalating.
  • Comfort working with technical systems, portals, dashboards, backend tools, or internal admin platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail. Small setup errors can create real issues.
  • Reliability and responsiveness during Asia working hours.
  • Ability to follow processes carefully, while also noticing where processes could be improved.
  • Confidence asking clear questions when something is unclear.
  • A practical, hands-on mindset. You are happy to do the operational work while learning how to make it better.
  • Curiosity about systems, automation, and how gaming operations fit together.

It’d be great - but not necessary- if you also had:

  • Experience in gaming, digital products, or online operations.
  • Experience working with content providers, platforms, CMS tools, or product operations workflows.
  • Basic understanding of QA, technical support, or systems operations.
  • Experience with data gathering, dashboards, or reporting.
  • Exposure to automation tools, scripting, AI tools, or process-improvement projects.
  • Previous experience working with distributed teams across Asia timezones.

You will be responsible for:

  • Setting up new game content using provider portals and internal systems.
  • Creating, updating, testing, and checking entries before launch.
  • Monitoring alerts, error channels, and maintenance communications.
  • Coordinating with internal teams when content goes live or when operational issues arise.
  • Supporting data gathering and reporting for games dashboards.
  • Documenting recurring processes and known issues.
  • Spotting opportunities to simplify, improve, or automate repetitive work.
  • Escalating technical issues clearly and with useful context.

In exchange we offer:

  • A dynamic, fast-paced environment where your curiosity drives meaningful system improvements.
  • Genuine opportunities to grow and learn.
  • Flexible working hours and a remote-friendly setup that supports your work-life balance.
  • A global, multi-cultural team of 100+ people across 20+ countries.

Where you’ll work:

We would ideally like this person to work in Hong Kong but Vietnam and Philippines, would be possible locations.
