Job Responsibilities :
We are looking for a Mobile Game Operations Intern to support day-to-day publishing and live operations across multiple mobile game projects. The role will focus on in-game events, localization, QA, and operational execution, working closely with Product Managers, developers, marketing, and regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of in-game events, promotions, and content updates.
- Maintain event calendars and follow up on content and delivery timelines.
- Support localization workflows, including text preparation, translation tracking, implementation checks, and LQA.
- Conduct game QA and playtesting for new builds, features, events, and localized content.
- Report, track, and follow up on bugs with developers and QA teams.
- Support build and release preparation, including pre-launch and live update checks.
- Monitor live game operations and escalate player-impacting issues.
- Prepare operational reports, trackers, documentation, and meeting follow-ups.
- Conduct competitor research and playtesting to identify improvements for events and live operations.
- Explore AI and automation tools to improve localization, QA, reporting, and operational workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest in mobile games and Free-to-Play (F2P) games.
- Good understanding of mobile games, in-game events, and player experience.
- Detail-oriented with an interest in localization and game QA.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation, and project management tools.
- Good command of English; additional SEA languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
