General Foreman

Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans. Timely communication and follow up with Site Engineer/ Project Manager for requirements and smooth operation of site. Producing schedules and monitoring attendance of crew. Allocating general and daily responsibilities. Oversee materials usage and its handling to prevent damage and lost, if found any discrepancy direct apply penalty to prevent such activities in future. Supervise and train workers and tradespeople. Recommend innovative ideas to execute works in a cost effective manner being with prescribed specification and agreement Ensure manpower and resources are adequate. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment. Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget. Resolve problems when they arise. Report on progress to managers, engineers etc. Requirements Should have min 3years work experience in UAE as Foreman Should have overall 8years work experience as General Foreman Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering Able to read the drawing and execute the task Should able to handle 10+ technicians and supervise them.
