This is a 6-month generalist internship embedded across People, Finance, and Operations at an AI-native fintech/RegTech startup building compliance and identity infrastructure. You'll work directly on the things that keep a fast-moving company running — and own them end-to-end.
Support recruiting by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating across active searches.
Help manage finance operations including expense matching, receipt tracking, and month-end close support.
Coordinate travel logistics for the team.
Support new joiner onboarding — equipment, schedules, and first-week setup.
Research, evaluate, and recommend tools, vendors, and internal processes.
Take full ownership of tasks with minimal direction, following through to completion.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (any field).
Based in Berlin or able to relocate for the duration of the internship.
Strong written communication in English.
Some experience with expense tracking, receipt management, or financial operations workflows.
Some experience with recruiting coordination, sourcing, or scheduling.
Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and manage organizational workflows independently.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and switching contexts quickly.
Proactive by nature — you act without needing to be asked.
Experience with travel logistics, event planning, or onboarding processes is a plus.
Familiarity with compliance, KYC, AML, or fintech operations is a plus.
€1,500–€2,000/month. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
On-site in Berlin, Germany.
