What will you be doing here?

Responsável pela liderançã do COE de agilidade, fomentando a utilização de métodos ágeis e de melhoria contínua para destravar a entrega de valor em todo o sistema Natura, suportando a transição para uma organização mais simples, ágil e eficiente. Atuar de forma consultiva e estratégica junto às Plataformas de Marca, Comercial e áreas transversais.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Responsável pela liderança do COE de Agilidade, fomentando a utilização de métodos ágeis e de melhoria contínua para destravar a entrega de valor em todo o sistema Natura, suportando a transição para uma organização mais simples, ágil e eficiente. Atuar de forma consultiva e estratégica junto às Plataformas de Marca, Comercial e áreas transversais.

Principais responsabilidades:
Entendimento da topologia do negócio, design organizacional, identificando possíveis pontos de melhoria e desenhando, junto as lideranças, evoluções nos times.

Atuação consultiva focada em capacitar e dar autonomia para os times de negócio,

Conectar as práticas de agilidade com a agenda de inovação tecnológica, transformação digital e mentalidade IA-First / Agentização.

Junto com o time de processos e organização garantir a implementação de fluxos ágeis, unificando a governança de entregas.

Garantir que o CoE atue nos três níveis de gestão: Estratégico (priorização e desdobramento), Tático (coordenação end-to-end entre mercados e marcas) e Operacional (eficiência dos times).

Liderar os fluxos de Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), garantindo o alinhamento das iniciativas táticas com os OKRs estratégicos da companhia.
