Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer support to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
- Provide detailed information regarding our gaming services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to facilitate service improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training initiatives to further develop your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support tools is beneficial.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new culture.
- A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry will be considered an asset.
