The Global Learning Operations Administrator is a critical enabler of that experience. This role coordinates global learning delivery, administers Workday Learning, maintains accurate learning data and records, and ensures the operational foundations are in place for effective programme execution.
Sitting at the intersection of learning operations, systems administration, learner experience, and content enablement, this role helps NIQ deliver learning programmes efficiently, consistently, and at scale while continuously improving the tools, processes, and support that serve employees, managers, facilitators, and stakeholders.
Job Description
Role Purpose
The Global LMS Learning Administrator provides high-quality operational, administrative, and systems support to the Global Talent & Development team, with primary responsibility for Workday Learning administration and the consistent delivery of learner experiences across regions and time zones.
This role owns the day-to-day coordination of learning activities, including programme logistics, learner assignments, completion tracking, reporting, stakeholder queries, and training records, ensuring learning programmes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong service mindset.
Working closely with global stakeholders, facilitators, vendors, HRIS, and Learning Operations partners, the administrator supports end-to-end programme delivery while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, strengthen reporting, and enhance the learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Global Learning Administration & Delivery Support
Coordinate end-to-end global learning logistics, including programme scheduling, learner registration, facilitator support, participant communications, attendance tracking, and post-session follow-up.
Support learning delivery across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring sessions are well organised, accessible, inclusive, and clearly communicated.
Maintain global learning calendars, operational trackers, programme documentation, templates, and delivery records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility.
Partner effectively with internal stakeholders, facilitators, vendors, and external providers to ensure programmes are delivered on time, to standard, and with a high-quality learner experience.
Anticipate delivery risks, resolve operational issues quickly, and escalate where needed to keep global programmes on track.
Workday Learning Administration for Global Training Delivery
Act as a primary administrator for Workday Learning, enabling reliable global learning operations and a seamless learner experience.
Create, configure, and maintain courses, curricula, learning paths, campaigns, offerings, sessions, notifications, and learning assignments within Workday Learning.
Manage learner enrolments, cancellations, waitlists, attendance, completions, certifications, status updates, and exception handling with accuracy and timeliness.
Provide responsive first-line support for learner, manager, facilitator, and stakeholder queries relating to Workday Learning and learning processes.
Monitor, triage, and resolve learning support tickets within agreed service levels, escalating complex issues appropriately and tracking through to resolution.
Support Workday Learning testing, validation, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and enhancement activities to ensure system changes are implemented effectively.
Maintain accurate learning data, records, and documentation in line with internal standards, audit requirements, and data quality expectations.
Reporting, Stakeholder Support & Continuous Improvement
Produce timely learning reports and dashboards to track attendance, completions, learner engagement, compliance requirements, operational performance, and programme effectiveness.
Translate learning data into clear operational insights that help stakeholders understand progress, risks, gaps, and required actions.
Support HR, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compliance, and business stakeholders with reporting, communications, process guidance, and learner support.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance learner experience, increase efficiency, improve data quality, and reduce manual administration.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across learning operations, Workday learning, knowledge documentation, and support processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings strong learning operations capability, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to support global stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in:
Advanced administration of Workday Learning within a global or complex organisational environment.
Configuring and maintaining Workday Learning courses, curricula, learning paths, sessions, offerings, campaigns, assignments, notifications, and reporting.
Managing learner enrolments, attendance, completions, certifications, cancellations, waitlists, exception handling, and training records.
Supporting compliance training, global programmes, large-scale learning initiatives, or recurring enterprise learning cycles.
Partnering with HRIS, Learning Operations, Shared Services, People Technology, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
Producing learning reports, dashboards, and operational insights that support decision-making and programme delivery.
Supporting Workday Learning testing, validation, release activities, user acceptance testing, and system enhancements.
Providing high-quality support to learners, managers, facilitators, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Acting as a subject matter expert for learning administration processes, learner support, data quality, and operational best practice.
Managing multiple priorities with strong organisation, follow-through, accuracy, and customer service orientation.
Communicating clearly and confidently across cultures, functions, and levels of seniority.
Using Microsoft Office applications effectively, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.is the tile
