Meaningful Work From Day One:

The Global Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining vendor and customer master data within SAP. The role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data records while following established data governance standards and procedures. The MDM Analyst supports business users by processing master data requests, resolving data-related issues, and assisting with data quality initiatives. This position participates in testing system enhancements and process changes to validate functionality and ensure data integrity. Additionally, the MDM Analyst collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to support end-to-end customer and vendor master data processes. Through the use of master data management tools and reporting, the analyst helps monitor data quality, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to efficient business operations.

What You Can Expect:

  • Helps develop and implement the use of global standard automated workflows to regulate the change, creation, extension, and extinction process for vendor and customer master data.

  • Serves in oversight/gatekeeper capacity for review of US (primarily) master data requests ensuring complete standardization so that only approved and accurate data is updated and maintained.

  • US specific knowledge of Federal guidelines for vendor set up requirements for 1099 reporting

  • Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and systems.

  • Helps identify and implement process improvements and automation in relation to vendor and customer master data processes.

  • Actively reviews standardized and complete vendor and customer master data pertaining to Route To Consumer market initiatives.

  • Recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality, and availability across the enterprise

  • Provides training and support on master data processes to local market users.

  • Maintains professional and effective communication with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

  • Ensures appropriate documentation for all key data processes and local country requirements. Periodically audits and cleans up vendor, customer, and GL master data to ensure information is current, complete and accurate across functions and divisions

  • Proactively ensures master data components meet evolving business and local country requirements.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related area

  • Experience: 1+ years of business experience with a financial/accounting focus

  • Superior attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Self-motivated to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines

  • Experience with related enterprise tools: SAP, Salesforce, Coupa, Concur, Workday, and Microsoft 365 Ecosystem

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

  • Experience in Master Data based roles and tools
