As Global Microsoft Alliance Director, you lead one of the Group's most strategic alliances and turn the Microsoft ecosystem into a global growth engine for Keyrus. You are the primary point of contact between Keyrus and Microsoft, and you build the trajectory that makes Keyrus an indispensable partner within that ecosystem.
You define and drive the global strategy for the Microsoft alliance, aligned with the Group's business priorities.
You develop and maintain executive relationships with Microsoft, up to the most senior level.
You accelerate co-sell, pipeline generation, and joint GTM initiatives.
You coordinate and energise Microsoft leads across all Keyrus countries.
You position Keyrus as an Architect of Intelligence within the Microsoft ecosystem, identifying co-innovation opportunities.
You measure alliance performance and continuously adjust the strategy.
You think strategically and execute relentlessly — you are as much a doer as a strategist.
You know how to build trusted relationships with senior international stakeholders.
You move comfortably in matrixed, multi-country environments.
You hold a clear vision and know how to bring teams along with it.
You are as comfortable challenging a partner as you are convincing one.
You own your numbers and hold yourself accountable for delivering them.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in alliance management, business development, or international technology ecosystems, ideally within the Microsoft universe.
Track record of building executive relationships and structuring strategic partnerships at a global scale.
Experience coordinating multi-country teams or networks.
A demonstrable track record of tangible results — pipeline generated, revenue influenced, joint deals closed — with the figures to back it up.
Hands-on experience running an alliance end to end: business plan, operating cadence, reporting, and follow-through until the result lands.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent French & English is required;
Sharp understanding of GTM, co-sell, and pipeline mechanics within a partner ecosystem.
Strong operational discipline: you build the plan, run the cadence, track the metrics, and close the loop.
Familiarity with the Microsoft data & AI ecosystem (Azure, Fabric, Copilot).
Experience in a consulting or professional-services environment.
You combine strategic vision with disciplined execution: plans become pipeline, and pipeline becomes signed business.
You build trust over time, with Microsoft and with Keyrus teams alike.
