Job Description Summary

Join the Global MR Marketing organization and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Magnetic Resonance (MR) through clinical leadership, strategic marketing, and imaging excellence. As a Global MR Clinical Marketing Manager, you will serve as a senior MR expert, responsible for independently developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to specific customer populations. You will help to coach a high-performing team, while driving the creation of compelling clinical evidence that supports the value of GE HealthCare’s MR portfolio.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Independently design and implement clinical marketing strategies for assigned customer segments or regions, aligning clinical insights with business objectives to drive growth across the MR franchise.
  • Technical Expertise & Thought Leadership: Act as a global MR authority, providing deep clinical and technical insights to internal teams and external stakeholders. Influence product development and commercialization through expert-level knowledge of MR imaging and advanced visualization technologies.
  • Team Coaching & Development: Mentor and coach a team of clinical marketing professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning to ensure delivery of world-class clinical evidence and marketing content.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Serve as the voice of the customer for your assigned population, translating clinical trends, workflow preferences, and regional nuances into actionable marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, commercial teams, and global marketing to ensure alignment of clinical evidence with product value propositions. Present findings and strategies to senior leadership with clarity and impact.
  • Evidence Generation: Drive the development of new clinical evidence that substantiates product claims and differentiates GE HealthCare MR solutions in the market. Ensure compliance with GE HealthCare’s QMS and regulatory standards during research and non-research scanning activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in MR imaging, including roles such as MR technologist, clinical researcher, product development specialist, or clinical sales expert.
  • Proven ability to independently operate MR systems and produce clinically exceptional images.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing technical marketing strategies that influence decision-making and support business growth.
  • Recognized leadership capabilities, including coaching and mentoring technical teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including Executive Leadership inside and outside GE HealthCare.
  • Expert-level proficiency in GE HealthCare MR systems and advanced visualization software.
  • Deep understanding of global customer workflows, clinical practices, and competitive landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Physics, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, MR Imaging, or related field.
  • Experience in adjacent medical technologies such as neurology, cardiology, oncology, CT, molecular imaging, or spectroscopy.
  • Familiarity with GE HealthCare’s product development and commercialization processes.
  • Direct commercial experience in medical imaging sales.
  • Multilingual proficiency with clinical and professional fluency.
