The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Technical Knowledge and Digitization Specialist to support our 12,000+ global employees in the High Voltage Business Unit.
In alignment with Hitachi Energy High Voltage’s learning vision and growth strategy, this role will help architect our inaugural training center of expertise and knowledge community. This will include creating and maintaining global processes, standards, change management plans, and analytics for the digitization of training content, records, curriculum assignments, skill and task assessments.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
Starting from: 44 800 € gross annual (Only for Italy).
In addition to the base salary, this role includes a performance bonus and a results-based bonus, designed to reward both individual contribution and company performance.
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
