Based in Guadalajara (Tlaquepaque), in the Manufacturing area, this experience will rotate through Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Logistics, while you earn a Yellow Belt certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute as a technical foundation to contribute to processes from day one.

The Kraft Heinz Global Trainee Program is a 12-month experience in which you will have the opportunity to gain a true end-to-end view of the business
You will rotate through strategic areas of the business, understand how each piece connects, and lead initiatives with real impact, learning from experienced leaders along the way.
REQUIREMENTS
Eligible majors: Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, International Business, Product Design, Industrial Design, and Environmental Management
Degree level: Bachelor’s degree
Graduation date: completed between December 2023 and December 2026
Location: currently living in Guadalajara or available to relocate there (relocation expenses are not covered by Kraft Heinz)
Work model: 100% on-site
Languages: advanced/fluent conversational English
Mobility: availability for future location changes during and after the program (rotations and relocations)

Escape Room & interview with the People team

Final panel with the company’s senior leadership
