Graduate Business Readiness Specialist
Location: Stirling | Full-time | Graduate Programme | Start Date: September/October 2026

Are you highly organised, a strong communicator, and interested in how businesses successfully implement change?
Join SS&C as a Graduate Business Readiness Specialist and play an important role in helping the business prepare for and adopt new technology, processes and operational change. You'll gain exposure to project delivery, stakeholder engagement, operational readiness and service improvement, working alongside experienced colleagues to ensure change is successfully embedded across the organisation.

Eligibility
To be eligible for our Graduate Programme, you must have graduated within the last two years, or be due to graduate in 2026, with a minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline.

As part of our graduate programme, you'll benefit from a structured development experience designed to support both your professional and personal growth.
This includes:
Your development
You'll follow a structured training plan designed to build your understanding of SS&C's project and change lifecycle. During your first 6-12 months, you'll support live projects while developing knowledge of operational readiness, release management and change delivery processes.
As your confidence grows, you'll take increasing ownership of readiness activities, stakeholder engagement and project deliverables, helping to ensure successful adoption of change across the business.
